"Horrible agency. Scam artist at best. Couldn’t provide me proof of my business insurance so I could forward to a commercial client and made me lose the contract. Then after I cancelled my policies they audited me and somehow I owe them money. Please don’t ever give Sherry Vincent your business because she does not deserve it. But what do I know, try her out and you’ll realize soon the type of business she does."

The audit and resulting charges were conducted and issued directly by State Farm, not our agency. These audits are standard procedures required by the carrier.
